Thank you for enrolling in our online English courses and private tutoring services. Please review the following refund terms carefully before purchasing.

1. Online English Courses

All course payments are made in advance to reserve your place.

Because course materials, lesson planning, and scheduling are prepared prior to the start date:

  • Refunds are not available once the course has begun.
  • If a refund request is made before the course start date, a partial refund may be issued minus any administrative fees.
  • Missed classes are non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

2. Private Tutoring Sessions

Individual Sessions

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Tutoring Packages

  • Unused sessions in a package are non-refundable after the first session has been completed.
  • Packages must be used within the agreed validity period.

3. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for technical problems on the student’s side, including internet connectivity or device issues. Such situations do not qualify for refunds.

If a session is canceled due to instructor technical difficulties, it will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

4. Payment Disputes

By purchasing a course or tutoring session, you agree to this Refund Policy. Initiating a payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of services.
